The hooks on our plastic post earrings are just that: plastic and therefore won't cause irritation to those with sensitivities to metals. These fun, lightweight acrylic earrings are about 1.5" long (2.25" from top of the hook) and feature a clear bottom piece with cute Halloween ghosts in costumes, skulls, stars, and more Halloween fun. They are topped with a medium grain wooden circle. Due to the nature of the acrylic, each piece will vary slightly from the picture.
Disclaimer: Our dangle earrings do use metal rings to connect the ear hook to the pendant. This part rarely, if ever, touches the ear, and therefore should not cause irritation.
