The hooks on our plastic post earrings are just that: plastic and therefore won't cause irritation to those with sensitivities to metals. These earrings measure just over 2 inches long from the top of the hook to bottom of the acrylic. The acrylic portion is about 1.25” long and 0.75” wide with a teal background, brown highland cow faces, and pink flowers.
Due to the nature of the pattern, each piece will vary slightly with different number and types of chickens.
Disclaimer: Our dangle earrings do use metal rings to connect the ear hook to the pendant. This part rarely, if ever, touches the ear, and therefore should not cause irritation.
