The hooks on our plastic post earrings are just that: plastic and therefore won't cause irritation to those with sensitivities to metals. These earrings measure approximately 1” wide by 1.75” tall (2.35” from the top of the ear hook). The tree is a fun drawn effect with teal, purple, and silver sparkles while the large bow on top is a sparkly purple. They are surprisingly lightweight and comfortable and would make a great addition to lots of holiday outfits!
Disclaimer: Our dangle earrings do use metal rings to connect the ear hook to the pendant. This part rarely, if ever, touches the ear, and therefore should not cause irritation.
