The hooks on our plastic post earrings are just that: plastic and therefore won't cause irritation to those with sensitivities to metals. These earrings measure approximately 1” wide by 1.75” long (2.25” from the top of the ear hook). The acrylic medium blue trees feature a slight sparkle and marbled effect with a sparkly silver star on top. They’re very lightweight and comfortable for all day wear. Due to the nature of the acrylic, each piece will vary slightly for a totally unique to you look!
Disclaimer: Our dangle earrings do use metal rings to connect the ear hook to the pendant. This part rarely, if ever, touches the ear, and therefore should not cause irritation.
