The hooks on our plastic post earrings are just that: plastic and therefore won't cause irritation to those with sensitivities to metals. These earrings measure approximately 2" long from the top of the hook to bottom of the acrylic and feature a black and white stripe base with a shimmery orange pumpkin piece on top.
Disclaimer: Our dangle earrings do use metal rings to connect the ear hook to the pendant. This part rarely, if ever, touches the ear, and therefore should not cause irritation.
